In this 2 hour workshop you will create a small tray and a trinket dish by rolling a slab of clay, creating texture using a variety of materials, and using molds to help your pieces find their final form. With local potter Jane Wojick, no experience required, materials included, Ages 16+

Are you a potter without a studio? Looking to create with clay in community with others? This two hour session will introduce you to our brand new pottery studio and run through policies and procedures. Currently, this session is required to use the studio independently.

KIDS Silver Weekend Ages 8-11 | Oct 4-5 | 9am-4pm
Dive into the basics of silver fabrication at Create Together! In this two-day class, students ages 8-11 will learn how to use basic hand tools to fashion custom pieces of jewelry.
Weave a Round Basket | Oct 5 | 9am-4pm
In this one day workshop, Meg Kupiec will teach you to weave a round basket of flat and round reed with the option to add colored reeds to match the season or your home decor. If weather permits, we will work outside under the Pavilion and enjoy the early Autumn breeze as we weave!

If you can sew a seam, pin, and iron, you can make this versatile bag! All materials and supplies are provided for just the cost of the tuition. Great for shopping, quilting supplies, the beach, you name it! Once you learn, you can whip these up for gifts in a jiffy!

Ready to dive into the cozy, creative world of quilting? Whether you're brand new to sewing or looking to brush up on the basics, this hands-on workshop will guide you through the entire quilting process—from selecting your fabrics to stitching the final binding.
For the beginner sewist with some experience with sewing machines & fabric. Adults 18+
Liberated Quilting: Medallion Wall Quilt | Oct 24-26 | 9am-4pm
Liberate yourself from traditional precision piecing and learn to work intuitively to create a unique wall quilt with Susan Balch.

Weave a Necktie Chair | Oct 4 1-4pm & Oct 5 9am-4pm
Revamp a classic farmhouse chair and make it a colorful contemporary! Take a ladder-back style chair with the rush seat removed, and put in a strong beautiful seat woven of up-cycled neckties.

Weaving
Intro to Weaving |Tues 5-8pm| Aug 5 - Sept 16
Join local weaver, Pollyanna Sidell, in our beautiful, airy weaving studio overlooking the Fletcher Farm campus. This is an intensive workshop where you will learn the basic steps to preparing, setting up, and weaving on a four-shaft floor loom. Each Student will make a five-foot sampler of different weave patterns. Followed by planning and weaving your own project idea.

Looking to use our fully-equipped studios?
We have professionally equipped studios available for use for independent projects. People with basic experience can come and use our Sewing, Quilting, Weaving, Painting, and Creative Metalwork studios for just $15 for a 3-hour session. Pottery and Precious Metal Jewelry studios are in the works and will have hours posted late Summer 2025.
