Clay and Glaze
The studio is equipped with six potter's wheels, a slab roller, dust-controlled tabletops for wedging and hand building, wedging, shaping, slipping, and texture tools, shelves for drying and storage, and clay for purchase (cost includes glaze and firing).
Firings occur approximately twice monthly, depending on the volume of pieces ready for bisc or glaze firing.

All clay and glazes must be sourced through Create Together. This ensures materials are kiln-compatible and helps us keep the studio safe and running smoothly for all members.

The space is bright and clean, and well-organized. Keeping things this way is essential in any shared studio. General shared-studio best practices that apply here:
- Reserve your time
Create Together is accepting registrations for studio time, so booking in advance rather than just dropping in ensures you will have access, as well as the space you need.
- Label your projects
if you're leaving work in progress between sessions, so nothing gets disturbed.
- Leave the space ready for the next person
Leave areas and items as clean, or cleaner than you found them. Utilize the bowls & buckets of water rather than the sink when appropriate.
- Ask questions —
instructors and fellow members are a resource. The communal environment is meant for learning from each other.
