CHARLOTTE GALLEY Is a chef, mother, crafter, educator, and advocate. She learned that the most meaningful work happens when we bring diverse skills and talents together. Charlotte's professional journey is an exploration of sustainability and the essential art of community building, with nearly 15 years of navigating environmental policy on Capitol Hill, an experience that honed my understanding of large-scale change and impact. This evolved into a deep commitment to localism and sustainability, which I channeled into the creative medium of culinary arts.
My passion lies in connecting diverse skills and talent to lift and strengthen creative communities. Let's create together!

BETTY McENANEY grew up outside of Boston but came up to Vermont in 1973 for a summer job and never left. She and her husband enjoy the quiet back roads and call Cavendish home. Betty is an active real estate broker in Ludlow and has created the Goodwill Project where she donates to Vermont nonprofits from each transaction. When she retires, she is looking forward to spending more time practicing the crafts she learned at Fletcher Farm, notably weaving, rug hooking and decorative painting. Betty enjoys the outdoors, all things historical and creative, and being active in the community.
